Savana Environmental Acquires ISO Accreditations

We are thrilled to announce that Savana Environmental has acquired ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) certifications.

ISO 9001 certification is the international standard for a quality management system (“QMS”) and demonstrates Savana Environmental’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and show continuous improvement.

ISO 14001 Environmental management certification provides the framework which allows us to demonstrate our social responsibility as a company and our goal of becoming more environmentally conscious. This accreditation supports organisations in identifying, managing, monitoring, and controlling environmental processes and performance. It requires organisations to assess environmental issues relevant to their daily operations including waste management, recycling, resource use and energy efficiency.

By achieving ISO 14001 certification, Savana Environmental is demonstrating that we take responsibility for the well-being of employees and customers while meeting the increasingly high customer expectations of corporate responsibility and legal and regulatory requirements concerning the impact on the environment.

ISO 45001 certification is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems, and enables organisations to successfully manage risk, help ensure compliance with legislation and create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for anyone affected by a company’s activities, including the general public.

Savana Environmental’s acquisition of the ISO 45001 standard shows our desire for continuous business improvement in manage occupational health and safety risks, being more efficient, reducing accidents and illnesses, and reducing emergencies and sick leave.
